Rachael Petrie

Rachael Petrie is a Product Manager and Director of Product Design at Storyboard, a leading platform for companies and organizations to share audio internally. Rachael has been in this role since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Interaction Designer and Interaction Designer at Red Hat from 2018-2021. Rachael was also a Product Designer and Consultant at Brightform Studios from 2017-2018. From 2016-2017, they were a UX Research and Design Intern at the MIT Media Lab. Rachael was a UX Designer at Macys.com & Bloomingdales.com from 2015-2016 and a Google Community Leader and Google Students Program Instructor at the Google+ Foundation from 2015-2016.

Rachael Petrie completed their B.S. Applied Computing with a Concentration in Business Systems Analysis and English from Tulane University in 2015. In 2014, they studied Computer and Information Systems and English at the University of Cape Town. In 2016, they earned their Ed.M. Technology, Innovation, and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. In 2019, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Inc. and in 2016 they obtained their Name it, Face it, End it: Sexual Violence in Schools certification from Relation-Shift.
