Sales Development Manager at Storykit

Alice Pettersson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alice started their career at Högbo Qvarn restaurant as a Cashier and Waitress from 2012 to 2015. Alice then worked as a Sales Assistant at Ralph Lauren for a short period in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Cashier and Customer Service Representative at Akademibokhandeln and McDonald's simultaneously. Alice also gained experience as a Front-of-House Hospitality Assistant at Grå Gåsen from 2016 to 2017, where they provided excellent customer service and learned multitasking skills. From 2018 to 2019, Alice worked at Royal Design Group Holding AB as a Stocktaking Assistant and later as a Salesperson, focusing on customer service and communication skills development. In 2021, they participated in the Leapfrogs Scholarship program at Lund University, where they developed entrepreneurship skills and worked on a personal business idea. Alice then joined Storykit as a Sales Development Representative in 2021, contributing to the revolution of storytelling through video creation. Alice quickly progressed to the role of Sales Development Team Lead - Scandinavia, where they motivated and inspired the Nordic SDRs to improve performance and built a positive team culture. Currently, Alice works as the Sales Development Manager at Storykit, responsible for managing and inspiring the Nordic SDR team in their mission to transform storytelling for businesses and organizations.

Alice Pettersson has a diverse education history spanning multiple institutions and fields of study. Alice began their academic journey in 2003 at Skärgårdsstadskolan, where they completed their elementary schooling. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Påhlmans Gymnasium - Human Business School, earning their High School Diploma with a focus on economics and law.

In 2016, Alice enrolled at Lund University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Alice completed their undergraduate studies in 2019, after which they participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. During this exchange, they specialized in Digital Cultures.

Continuing their educational exploration, Alice embarked on another Erasmus exchange program in 2019, this time at the University of East Anglia. Here, they delved into the field of Environmental Studies. Following the conclusion of their exchange, Alice pursued a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship at Uppsala University from 2020 to 2021. Alice'sstudies focused on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Alice earned certifications in various areas. In 2015, they obtained a Fundamental Service Qualification from McDonald's, focusing on quality, service, cleanliness, and production. Furthermore, they received a Certificate for running UF-business from Påhlmans Gymnasium in the same year.

Alice's commitment to continuous growth and learning is highlighted by their Leapfrogs Scholarship at Lund University in 2021. This program allowed their to further enhance their knowledge in Business/Commerce, General during the summer months.
