Amy Veloso

Amy Veloso has held various roles in the sales and marketing industry since 2009. Her earliest role was as an Assistant Manager and Personal Trainer at VI Fitness from 2009 to 2012. Amy then moved on to Black Press as an Advertising and Sales Consultant from 2012 to 2013. After that, they held the role of Account Executive at Used.ca from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, Amy joined GlobalWide Media as an Enterprise Account Manager and was promoted to Enterprise Account Executive and Senior Enterprise Account Executive. During their time at GlobalWide Media, they mentored a team of 3 Business Development Associates and managed a team of 10 Account Managers internationally. In 2020, Amy joined Checkfront as a Sales Executive and was promoted to Senior Sales Executive. During their time at Checkfront, they consistently exceeded sales quotas quarter over quarter. Finally, Amy is currently a Business Development Consultant at Amy Veloso Consulting and will be joining StoryTap as an Enterprise Account Executive in 2022.

Amy Veloso obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from North Island College between 2007 and 2012. Amy also obtained a Tourism and Hospitality Management degree from the same institution between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications since 2016, including Analytics from Google, Display Advertising, Google Adwords Fundamentals, Mobile Advertising, Search Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite Media Inc., Video Advertising from Google, and a Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise in 2009.
