Ester Elwing

Ester Elwing has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ester is currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Storytel since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cint as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on recruitment for Tech & Product teams and was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for EMEA. Before that, they were a Lead Recruiter at Polestar (via Safemind) from 2021 to 2021, where they helped hire digital talent across multiple domains. Ester also worked as a Tech Recruiter and Employer Branding Manager at Safemind from 2018 to 2021, collaborating with innovative tech companies such as Polestar, Mojang, Trioptima, and more. Ester had an internship at Unilabs Sverige in 2020, where they interned in the People and Culture department. Ester has previous experience at Elwing & Co. Catering AB, their family's catering firm, where they worked as a Catering Waitress and Administrative Assistant from 2009 to 2018. Ester also worked as a Recruitment and Operations Assistant at My Academy in 2017 and as a Recruiter at My Academy in 2016. Additionally, Ester gained cashier and deli employee experience at ICA from 2011 to 2017.

Ester Elwing's education history is as follows:

From 2019 to 2021, Ester attended the University of Gothenburg and earned a Master's degree in Digital Leadership.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, Ester studied at Stockholm University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.

In 2017, Ester also had a brief period of study at Université de Montréal, focusing on industrial relations and psychology.

In 2014, Ester obtained a French B2/C1 certification in the French language from the International Language Institute in Aix-en-Provence.

Additionally, in 2013, Ester studied at Sorbonne University, where they received a French B1/B2 certification in French Language and Civilisation.

Ester completed high school from 2011 to 2013 at Kungsholmens Gymnasium and received a High School Diploma in Natural Science.

Before attending Kungsholmens Gymnasium, Ester briefly studied at Middle Creek High School in 2010.

In 2009, Ester attended Blackebergs Gymnasium, where they studied natural science.

In terms of additional certifications, Ester obtained an MPA (Master of Public Administration) from Master Sverige in June 2019.

Ester also received a DELF - B2 certification in the French language from Ambassade de France en Suède in May 2014.
