Brian Fern

Brian Fern serves as Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel at Stout, providing legal support to the Disputes, Claims, and Investigations business unit following Stout's acquisition of Claro. Previous experience includes General Counsel at The Claro Group and Vice President - Legal at Alight Solutions, where advisory roles encompassed M&A, compliance, and commercial transactions. Brian's legal career began at Skadden Arps as an Associate, working on complex financial matters and corporate governance issues. Brian holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
