Marc Hammer

Marc Hammer currently serves as Chief Talent Officer at Stout, where responsibilities include leading the People function and enhancing various operational aspects of the firm, including Colleague Experience and Talent Acquisition. Previously, Marc held the position of Interim Talent Strategy Leader at Huron, providing strategic advice on the firm's talent operations. Before that, Marc was Managing Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), overseeing a global team of over 90 professionals. Marc's career also includes significant roles at Health Net, where as Director of Workforce Planning & Staffing, a staffing team was successfully led to hire over 4,000 employees in one year, and at KPMG, leading national recruiting efforts across specialized tax and assurance groups. Marc holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
