Victoria Jeffers

Victoria Jeffers (Grant), CBP, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Stout since March 2021, following a progression of roles at Centro, where tenure lasted from March 2008 to March 2021, culminating in the position of Manager, Total Rewards. Previous positions at Centro included Benefits Manager, Total Rewards Analyst, Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Payable, and Financial Administrative Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Administrative Assistant at APSCO Investment from 2006 to 2008 and as a Public Relations Intern at TUC in the summer of 2005. Victoria Jeffers (Grant) holds a BA in Communication and Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Iowa.
