Manickam Narayanan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, leadership, and engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as a Consulting Partner at Straatix Partners and Principal Consultant at CulturesTable, Manickam focuses on enhancing cultural inclusivity within diverse teams. Previously, Manickam held several high-level roles, including Advisor to the Board and Executive Director/President at India Ultimate, where significant growth in the sport of ultimate frisbee was achieved. As Co-founder and Advisor to the Board at One All Trust, strategic plans were developed to support at-risk youth through sports. Manickam's engineering background includes key roles at SunEdison AG and Toyota North America, emphasizing product development and performance engineering. Manickam holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Florida.
