Francisco Urrutia

Francisco Urrutia is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction and engineering. Currently at STRABAG since March 2023, Urrutia previously served as Deputy Project Manager at Webuild and Segment Wide Operations Manager at Crosslinx Transit Solutions. Urrutia has developed expertise in contract negotiation, project execution, and compliance enforcement throughout a progressive career that includes roles as a Surface Engineer and Project Engineer at Aecon, as well as Project Manager and Superintendent at Geo Diseño y Construccion. Urrutia holds a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Civil Engineering from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
