D. Tremayne Horne

D. Tremayne Horne currently serves as the Program Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Strada Education Foundation since April 2024. Previous roles include various positions at the University of Indianapolis from August 2019 to April 2024, such as 3E Program Manager, Office of Inclusion & Equity Partner, and Manager of Employer Engagement and Strategic Partnerships. D. Tremayne Horne also worked at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis from June 2015 to July 2019, where the Mid-North Promise Program was launched and developed. Earlier experience includes serving as a Graduation Coach at HOOSIER ACADEMY and a JAG Specialist at Jobs for America's Graduates. Additional positions include IT & PR Coordinator and Youth Service Coordinator at the Martin Luther King Community Center. Educational background includes a degree in Communications from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
