Katrina Lirie Berishaj

Katrina Lirie Berishaj currently serves as Counsel at Stradley Ronon, a position held since May 2022, where representation includes advising Berkshire Asset Management in its minority stake sale to iM Global Partner and assisting a boutique alternative investment firm with hedge fund restructuring. Prior to this, Katrina worked as Associate General Counsel, ERISA at Raymond James from March 2018 to May 2022, advising various lines of business on legal matters. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where the focus was on investment management and employee benefits, and as a Law Clerk specializing in employee benefits and executive compensation. A judicial internship was completed at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, with completion of coursework for a Certificate in Employee Benefits, and a Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction in Linguistics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
