Cheryll Stone

Cheryll Stone has over 30 years of work experience in the finance and production industries. Cheryll began their career in 1983 as the Owner of Creative Vision Management, a company that specialized in music industry financial consulting and accounting services. In 1989, they took on the roles of Studio Bookings, Rental Dispatcher, and Accountant at Smoketree/Andora Studios/Rack Attack. From 1991 to 1993, they were the Post Production Accountant at R.C. Baral & Company, Inc. From 1993 to 1995, they were the Production Manager/Coordinator at G.M.S. During this time, they managed pre-production, production, and post-production of television commercials, including extensive location shooting and live-action special effects. From 1995 to 2001, they were the Commercial Accounting Manager at Industrial Light + Magic, where they managed finance, accounting, and production duties for live-action and special effects television commercials, supervised 3 direct reports, and handled budgeting, reporting, cost reports for productions, cost accountings for clients, commission statements for sales reps, profit participation statements for directors, overhead cost analyses, utilization and usage analyses for Computer Graphics and Creature/Model departments, billings and collections, division financial statements, production contracts and other legal agreements, insurance matters, collective bargaining agreements, tax issues, and special projects. From 2001 to 2004, they were the Production Manager for the feature film documentary "Some Kind of Monster" about Metallica as they recorded their St. Anger album at Metallica/@ Radical Media. From 2004 to 2008, they were the Finance Manager at The Big Picture Film & Video Arts, Inc. and concurrently served as the Director of Finance at Straight Up Technologies from 2008. Lastly, from 2008 to present, they have been the Finance Manager at Science + Fiction Holding LLC.

Cheryll Stone attended California State University-Dominguez Hills, where they received their degree in Accounting in 1985.
