Yuri Vidal has over 10 years of work experience. Yuri began their career in 2007 as an Intern-Apprentice at Foveonics Imaging Technologies, where they were responsible for digitalizing images and editing digital books. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Delta Airlines Customer Service Agent at Seaviation. During this time, they completed courses in airport security, aircraft security, and anti-terrorism. In 2010, they became an American Airlines Customer Service Agent. In 2013, they began working as an Intern of Network Operations and Control at Centro de Operações de Rede - NOC InfraTIC - UFRJ, where they monitored the Campi Network Backbone and had experience with Cisco and 3COM devices. In 2016, they worked as a Network Technician at Cisco and as a Network Engineer-Contractor at Straight Up Technologies, where they deployed and managed temporary High-Speed Network installations for events. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Implementation and Support Analyst at Telemont and as a Lead Network Engineer at Straight Up Technologies.
Yuri Vidal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro between 2010 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Our Lady of Mercy High School from 1995 to 2008, where they earned a High School/Secondary Diploma and Certificate. Additionally, Yuri has obtained certifications from Cisco in SMB Product and Positioning Technical Overview (August 2020), CCNA CyberOps - Cybersecurity Operations, and Cisco Networking on Premisse and Cloud Solutions - MERAKI.
