George Qiao

George Qiao is the Head of Treasury & Trading at StraitsX and Fazz. He also holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore. With a background in quantitative trading and finance, George has extensive experience in the industry, including roles at companies like Mako Trading and Standard Chartered Bank. He is also the former CEO & Founder of AiWay Medical Technology, where he led the team to win multiple national entrepreneur competitions. George's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore Graduate School for Integrative Sciences and Engineering.
