Dale Eggett

Dale Eggett is an experienced Localization Engineer currently working at Straker since February 2021. Previously, Dale served as an Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University from September 2015 to May 2023, teaching courses on Intro to Localization and Web Localization. Past roles include Localization Engineer positions at Lingotek from February 2016 to January 2021, and at Medialocate from June 2010 to January 2016, where responsibilities included determining project scopes and preparing translation assets. Dale also interned as a Localization Engineer and worked as a Teacher's Aide for a Visual Basic programming course at Brigham Young University from September 2006 to April 2007. Dale holds an MA in Translation and Localization Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in Spanish Translation with a minor in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
