Silvia Pravia

Silvia Pravia is an experienced professional in human resources and culture management, currently serving as the People and Culture Lead for Europe at Straker since June 2019. Responsibilities include driving engagement with company values, managing recruitment activities, supporting performance management processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation across Europe, and overseeing onboarding and engagement programs.
