Sandie Morgan has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the National Customer Service Process & Improvement Manager at Stramit since September 2019. Prior to this role, Sandie held several positions at Suncorp Group from January 2010 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing staffing budgets and operational effectiveness as Operations Manager and leading a team of Claims Services Consultants as NSW Claims Services Team Leader. Sandie's career began at AAMI from February 2006 to December 2009, where roles included NSW Sales Team Leader and NSW Learning and Development Coordinator, focusing on staff development and training across various operational functions. Education was completed at the University of Newcastle.
