Nicholas Ludwig

Nicholas Ludwig is currently the Director of Investments at Strand, where responsibilities include sourcing, originating, underwriting, and assessing potential real estate lending and acquisition opportunities in Canada and the United States. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as an Acquisitions Manager at Lendlease and worked on a joint project with Google Development Ventures in developing new neighborhoods in the San Francisco Bay Area. Additionally, Nicholas has experience in investments at Hudson Pacific Properties and CIBC Wood Gundy. Nicholas holds a Master's degree from the University of Southern California in Real Estate Development, along with several Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Economics, and an Academic Exchange Student in International Business.
