Clay Kelly

Clay Kelly has over 30 years of experience in engineering and business development. Currently serving as the Marketing & Business Development leader at Strand Associates since December 1996, Clay Kelly focuses on identifying and procuring new projects while managing various engineering design tasks, including community strategic planning and water treatment initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Water Resources Engineer at the Baptist Mission of Ethiopia, where Clay Kelly worked on developing local water sources for farming villages, and an engineering co-op position at Gulf States Utilities River Bend Nuclear Plant, contributing to reactor shutdown procedures. Clay Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
