Kyle Whitis

Kyle Whitis is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at STRAND since May 2023. Previously, Kyle held multiple roles at Pacheco Koch, a Westwood company, from October 2005 to April 2023, including Commercial Market Leader, Associate Principal, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing large, complex projects and overseeing technical staff. Prior experience also includes the role of Project Manager at USA Professional Services Group, Inc., focusing on civil engineering design and project coordination. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and previously attended Kilgore College.
