Prerika Mathur

Prerika Mathur has a diverse range of work experience in the field of life sciences. Prerika started their career as a Project Intern at the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology in 2015. Prerika then went on to work as a Project Intern at IGIB in 2016. In the same year, they also completed their thesis work at Jaypee University of Information Technology.

In 2018, Prerika joined Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for a summer internship and also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Project member at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

In 2020, Prerika became a Project Intern and Dissertation Fellow at IGIB. Prerika then moved on to work as a Researcher at Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Scientist at Strand Life Sciences since 2023.

Prerika Mathur completed their Master of Engineering in Biotechnology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in the period of 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Jaypee University of Information Technology from 2013 to 2017. Prerika's education journey began at Salwan Public School, where they attended from 2001 to 2013, but the specific degree and field of study are not provided for this period. In terms of additional certifications, Prerika has attained several certifications such as "AI For Everyone" from deeplearning.ai, "Learning MATLAB" from LinkedIn, "Python: Data Analysis (2015)" from LinkedIn, "Coronavirus Disease 2019" from the American Association for Clinical Chemistry, and "Signal Detection and Causality Assessment" from the Uppsala Monitoring Centre.
