Silvina Mariel Molina has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Silvina Mariel began their career at Andersen Consulting as an Analyst in Human Resources, where they focused on personnel administration, compensation and benefits, and new employee onboarding.

Silvina Mariel then moved to Schering Argentina, where they served as an HR Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for developing HR policies and procedures, overseeing internship programs, and coordinating training initiatives.

Following their time at Schering, Molina worked at Philips as an HR Analyst. Silvina Mariel handled employee induction, managed insurance and retirement plans, prepared payroll reports, and maintained workforce statistics.

At LIVEWARE Ingeniería de Software S.A., Molina took on the role of HR Responsible and HRBP. Silvina Mariel'sresponsibilities included overseeing HR activities for a startup company, conducting training sessions, evaluating employee performance, and implementing competency-based selection processes.

Molina then joined Lighthouse Smart S.A. as the Lead Technical Recruiter. In this position, they led IT recruitment and selection processes.

After that, they worked at ATS - Advanced Technology Solutions SA as a People Development Senior Analyst and later as a People Development Coordinator. Silvina Mariel'sduties included talent development and coordinating training initiatives.

Silvina Mariel then joined Comviva as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, they managed HR operations, had a global view of employee experience, and collaborated with team leaders to identify training needs and implement training plans.

Silvina Mariel'smost recent role was at Hogarth Argentina, where they served as the Human Resources Manager. Silvina Mariel defined and drove the HR strategy, strengthened talent management and employee experience, managed team performance and development, and aligned with the organizational culture.

Molina's current position is as the People and Culture Manager at Strata Analytics Group, where they continue to utilize their expertise in HR strategy and team management.

Silvina Mariel Molina completed their degree in Human Resources (Licenciada en RRHH) from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Technical degree in Business Administration (Técnica en Administración de Empresas) from Universidad de Belgrano from 2000 to 2001.
