Adam Thompson

Adam Thompson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Development at Strata Clean Energy since September 2023. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Dominion Energy, culminating in the role of Senior Business Development Manager from October 2019 to September 2023. At Urban Grid Solar, Adam advanced through several leadership roles, including Vice President of Strategy & Origination and Vice President of Development & Operations, and effectively managed over $12 million in solar energy assets as Asset Manager. Adam's career began with consulting roles and an internship at Virginia's Department of Environmental Quality, and Adam holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy from Roanoke College.
