Garrett Lehman

Garrett Lehman has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. GARRETT currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at Strata Clean Energy, where they have been since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Development - West and Senior Director of Development at the same company. In these roles, Garrett was responsible for growing the solar and storage pipeline, developing assets, and managing various aspects of the projects such as market analysis, origination, siting, land acquisition, permitting, interconnection management, and power marketing.

Before joining Strata Clean Energy, Garrett worked at Dudek as a Project Manager and GIS Analyst from 2016 to 2017. GARRETT also worked at Golder Associates as a Senior Project GIS Analyst from 2011 to 2016.

Garrett has had experience being self-employed as a GIS/environmental consultant, providing services to irrigation districts. GARRETT also worked at Geo-Spatial Solutions, Inc as a Geospatial Solutions Manager and GIS Analyst from 2005 to 2010. In this role, they led water right and environmental projects for both public and private sector clients.

In addition, Garrett started their career as the owner of CPR Environmental LLC, where they consulted with the City of Bend on stormwater-related projects. GARRETT also worked as a Watershed Technician at Fuscoe Engineering, where they developed templates and provided consultation on stormwater management.

Garrett's earliest work experience was as a Laboratory Assistant III at UC Cooperative Extension, where they collected and analyzed field data for a Citrus Integrated Pest Management project and advised growers on pest control techniques based on environmental parameters.

Garrett Lehman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Crop Science and Management from UC Davis in 2000. GARRETT later completed their Masters of Environmental Science and Management with a focus on Water Resource Management at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management - University of California, Santa Barbara from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Geographic Information Systems (GISP) from GISCI in May 2015.
