Matthew Hager

Matthew Hager has a diverse work experience across various companies. Matthew is currently the Director of Supply Chain at Strata Clean Energy, where they are responsible for overseeing the procurement and distribution of solar facility material valued at $300M annually. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations at the same company, leading and mentoring a team of 20 individuals in building inventory, logistics, and procurement teams.

Before joining Strata, Matthew worked at Sensus as an Operations Planner, responsible for planning and ensuring on-time delivery of $100M+ in annual sales of smart water meters. Matthew also played a crucial role in achieving the highest-ever quarterly revenue for iPERL in Q1 of 2019.

Matthew has experience in the procurement and inventory field as well. Matthew worked as a Procurement and Inventory Supervisor at PowerSecure, Inc., and as a Sales Representative at BTC Electronic Components, Inc. In addition, they have previous experience as a Route Manager at Fairway Green.

Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to create and implement efficient processes.

Matthew Hager earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from North Carolina State University between 2008 and 2012. Matthew also obtained a certification in CSCP from APICS at an unknown time.
