Anika Ghosh

Anika Ghosh is a Senior Data Scientist at Syntellis Performance Solutions, where responsibilities include creating allocation accounts for healthcare KPIs and programming infrastructure in PySpark for metric calculations. Prior to this, Anika worked as a Data Scientist at Kaufman Hall, developing algorithms to optimize hospital department efficiencies and enhancing data accuracy through taxonomical restructuring. Anika's earlier experience includes roles as a Research Data Analyst Associate at the Center for Health Information Partnerships, where algorithms were created to analyze patient data, and various internships and research assistantships focused on healthcare analytics and public health. Anika holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan.
