Dawn Brasseur

Dawn Brasseur is a seasoned education and training professional with extensive experience in technical training and documentation, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Knowledge at Syntellis Performance Solutions since July 2020. In this role, Dawn leads a diverse team to optimize customer investment in Syntellis Software and employs Agile methodologies to enhance training and documentation processes. Prior to Syntellis, Dawn held various leadership positions in training and education at Kaufman Hall, Kofax, and Nuance Communications, where responsibilities included strategy development, team leadership, and performance measurement through key performance indicators. Dawn’s educational background includes a BA in Education and Child Study from Smith College.
