Hedieh Ghafouri-Stern

Hedieh Ghafouri-Stern is an experienced professional with a strong background in platform support and client services within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Platform Support at Strata Decision Technology since April 2022, Hedieh oversees operations for Axiom financial planning software and implements strategic technical programs. Prior experience includes managing client and technical support teams at Syntellis Performance Solutions, as well as leading the Account Support Management Team at RelayHealth. Other roles include operations assistance at Akahi Capital Management and supervisory positions in customer service. Hedieh holds a B.A. in Broadcast Communication Electronic Arts from San Francisco State University and an AA in General Education from Diablo Valley College.
