Lester McPherson

Director, National Customer Experience, Canada at Strata Health

Lester McPherson is the current Director of National Customer Experience for Strata Health in Canada. Lester has been with the company since September of 2015, and in their current role, is responsible for assisting clients across Canada in achieving sustainable ROI through strategic, long term systems planning. This includes consulting with executive health care organization decision makers for the purposes of business intelligence reviews through data mining, as well as creating 'Living Key Performance Indicators' to guide service portfolio growth at each health care organization.

Prior to their current role, Lester was the Eastern Canada Account Manager for Strata Health, where they were responsible for the post implementation software needs of over 50,000 medical professionals spanning Hospitals, Long Term Care & Rehab facilities across Canada. In this role, they actively executed Continuous Improvement and Design strategies in order to assist client in recognizing ROI, as well as Problem Management / Stakeholder negotiations during sensitive / discreet scenarios.

Lester has been with Strata Health Solutions since 2011, and has been instrumental in the company's success in Canada. Lester is a highly skilled and experienced health care professional with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
