Dawn Neff

Dawn Neff has over 20 years of work experience. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Shift Manager at 1/2 Off Card Shop. From 1998 to 2019, they worked at Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital in various roles, including Lead Histology Assistant/Autopsy Technician, Charge Technician, Frozen Sectioning/Trainer, Cytology Lead Prep Technician, and Cytology Prep Technician. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Front Desk Associate at SVS Vision. In 2019, they began working as a Lead Clinical Accessioning Technician at Strata Oncology, where their main responsibilities include collecting, entering, and filing biological specimen samples through LIMS for NGS testing, referencing pathology reports and related paperwork to ensure quality of biological specimens, communicating with corresponding interdepartmental personnel for problem solving situations, and communicating with pathologists, histology, and molecular teams, along with engineers and informatics teams daily.

Dawn Neff has a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern Michigan University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Dawn also holds an Associate of Science - AS in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Washtenaw Community College, which they obtained in 2018, as well as an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Washtenaw Community College, which they obtained in 2020. Dawn has also obtained four certifications from Traliant, including "2022-2023-Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act: Covered Entities V2.2" in November 2022, "Recognizing and Preventing Phishing Attacks" in September 2022, "Antitrust & Competition Law V2" in July 2022, and "Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption V2" in May 2022.
