Francisco Quijano has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various industries. Francisco started their career in 2000 as an Information Technology Service Engineer at Claro El Salvador and then moved on to become an Information Technology Project Manager at the same company from 2003 to 2005. Francisco then joined Dell Technologies as a Customer Service Manager from 2005 to 2008.

In 2008, Francisco joined Stream Global Services as a Senior Team Manager and later took on the role of Operations Manager. During their tenure, they successfully led a team of over 400 employees, achieving a revenue generation of $5 million annually and a 45% profit in areas of Customer Services and Technical Support. Their implementation of an analytical quality of service plan resulted in a consistent 10% increase in NPS scores for 18 consecutive months.

In 2015, Francisco joined Convergys as a Senior Operations Manager, where they managed an organization of over 500 employees with a revenue generation of $7.5 million annually. Francisco consistently exceeded financial goals for two consecutive years, exceeding $1 million in profit.

From 2018 to 2020, Francisco worked as the Head of Operations at Quality Food, where they provided global direction and achieved significant financial and performance goals.
