Meredith Henson

Meredith Henson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Meredith is currently the Customer Relationship Director at Totara, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Partner Success at Totara from February 2022 to November 2023. Meredith also served as the Channel Partner Manager (EMEA) from June 2021 to February 2022 and as the Senior Partner Success Manager from December 2020 to July 2021 at Totara. Before joining Totara, Meredith worked at Mind Click as a Solutions Manager from March 2015 to April 2016. Meredith was also a Business Development Manager at Catalyst IT Europe Limited from March 2011 to February 2015. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Manager at Userlytics Corporation from October 2010 to February 2011 and at Catalyst IT Limited from July 2007 to October 2010. Meredith began their career as an eCDF ePortfolio Project Manager (Mahara) at Massey University from July 2006 to July 2007 and worked as a Virtual Facilities Advisor at The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand from March 2001 to June 2006.

Meredith Henson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Victoria University of Wellington, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma in Clinical Medical Herbalism at Canterbury College of Natural Medicine from 1997 to 1999. Meredith has also obtained various certifications related to leadership, communication, customer success management, soft skills, and other areas from LinkedIn and the University of Michigan on Coursera, with the latest certifications being earned in 2021.
