Jeff D’italia

Jeff D'Italia has over 20 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Jeff started their career in 1997 as a Biochemist-Lab Technician at BioProcessing, Inc. in Portland, ME. In 1999, they joined Kforce Scientific as a Market Manager/Senior Recruiter, where they focused on the biotech and pharmaceutical sector in the Boston and Philadelphia markets. In 2006, they became the Director at Stratacuity, a scientific search firm, where they led a team of recruiters and provided high-quality talent to clients in various industry verticals. Later, in 2015, they transitioned to the role of Vice President, CMC | Technical Operations | Quality at Stratacuity, leading the CMC development, Technical Operations, and GXP Quality division. Throughout their career, Jeff has developed strong relationships with clients and candidates, demonstrated expertise in their niche verticals, and achieved excellence in recruitment and business development.

From 1995 to 1999, Jeff D'Italia studied at the University of Southern Maine, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
