Susi Macdonald

Susi MacDonald has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Susi started their career in 1992 with Nestlé Nespresso as the Director of Nespresso House, managing the daily operations of the order division and handling accounts receivable/payable. Susi then worked at Sandella's, where they held multiple roles such as Store Opener, Director of Training and Support, and Director of Operations, overseeing tasks such as opening new cafes, developing training materials, and managing overall business operations. Susi currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Stratacuity since 2017 and previously worked as the Operations & Marketing Manager from 2013 to 2017. In their roles at Stratacuity, they provide support to the recruiting staff, executes events, and explores new technologies to enhance operations.

Susi MacDonald obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992.
