Anthony Chu

Anthony Chu is an experienced Plant Manager at Stratas Foods, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Anthony worked at Integrated Industrial OPCO, a division of PQ Corp. Holdings, for nearly 20 years in Operations and Engineering. Anthony began a career in engineering at Marcal Paper Mills, serving in an Engineering & Maintenance role from October 1998 to June 2002. Anthony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Ricardo Palma, earned between 1994 and 1998.
