Lee Ann Lambdin

Lee Ann Lambdin is the SVP of Strategic Advisory Services at Stratasan. Lee has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on strategic planning and consulting.

Lee Ann began their career in hospital administration, first as Vice President of Hospital Support Services at Brim Healthcare, and then as Interim CEO of Tri Valley Health System. In 2009, they transitioned to consulting, first at Brim Healthcare and then at Saint Thomas Health Services. At Saint Thomas, they led and coordinated the planning process for Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital and the Physician Services Group.

In their current role at Stratasan, Lee Ann provides analytics and planning support to healthcare organizations across the country. Lee has helped countless organizations develop strategic plans and make informed decisions about their future.

Lee Ann Lambdin has a MS in Health Care Administration from Trinity University and a BA in English from The University of the South. Lee also has a certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives in Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
