Rashmi Ravindran

Rashmi Ravindran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Stratbeans Learning Solutions since 2023. Prior to this role, Rashmi held the position of Associate Vice President at Cornerstone OnDemand from 2022 to 2023, focusing on EdCast. Between 2020 and 2022, Rashmi was the Director of Sales and Business Development at Lemnisk, and earlier worked as Regional Sales Manager at NewWave Computing Pvt Ltd in 2019. Rashmi's career began as Manager of Enterprise Business at Simplilearn (2017-2019) and Business Development Manager at Randstad (2015-2017). Rashmi holds a Master of Engineering in Microelectronics & Telecommunication from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai, complemented by training in Graphic Design and 2D/3D Animation at ORANGE Multimedia.
