Andrea Cantu

Andrea Cantu, PhD is currently an Advisory Scientist at Strategic Analysis Incorporated, providing support to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and DARPA. Previously, worked as an AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellow at the United States Department of Defense and as a Biomedical Life Scientist at Leidos. PhD candidate in Biomedical Sciences from the University of California, San Francisco and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stanford University. During undergraduate studies, conducted research in the Department of Neurosurgery. Additionally, has experience as a tutor, teaching assistant, and visiting instructor in various educational settings.
