Sean O'Brien

Sean O'Brien is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Operations at Strategic Engineering Solutions since January 2015. O'Brien has managed multiple high-profile projects, including logistics and production for the Air Force/Space Force Hack-A-Sat series, DARPA's Spectrum Collaboration Challenge, and Cyber Grand Challenge. O'Brien also contributed as a subject matter expert for the 5G Challenge under DoD sponsorship. Prior experience includes roles as a DARPA SETA Contractor and Director of Information & Enterprise Operations at ManTech International Corporation. O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, earned in 1998.
