Jon Seidman

Jon Seidman is an experienced professional in operations and fulfillment management with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Fulfillment at Strategic Factory since November 2022, Jon previously excelled as Operations Manager of E-Commerce at My Goods, where leadership was demonstrated over a team of 50 associates across three warehouses. Prior roles include Manager at Walmart, overseeing 400 associates and contributing to $100 million in annual revenue, and Store Manager at Savers, managing a team of 60 and implementing various operational strategies. Jon also served as President/COO of Max's Dollars & Denims, Inc., where management of daily operations was crucial for the community's oldest retailer. Jon holds a degree from Towson University.
