Kimberly Celic (She/Her)

Kimberly Celic has a strong background in human resources, with over 15 years of experience in various roles. Kimberly most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Strategic Financial Solutions NY, where they oversaw all people-related functions. Prior to that, they held roles as the SVP of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Kimberly worked as the Director of Human Resources at Juice Generation and as an HR Generalist at JWT. Kimberly also gained experience at The Barbarian Group, Credit Suisse, and Taylor Hodson, where they focused on recruiting and branding. Overall, Kimberly has a diverse range of experience in HR and has consistently played pivotal roles in talent management and development.

Kimberly Celic (She/Her) completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication/English from Boston College, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Mattituck High School, although specific dates of attendance were not provided. In addition to their formal education, Kimberly obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in May 2021.
