Marc Lemberg

Marc Lemberg has extensive experience in various legal and executive roles. Marc started their career as an Associate in International Business & Finance at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Later, they worked as a Corporate Counsel at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations, where they were involved in negotiating telecommunications software development partnerships. Marc then joined Avaya as the Managing Corporate Counsel, leading a team of lawyers and negotiators for the global leader in contact center solutions.

Moving forward, Marc served as the VP and Associate/Deputy General Counsel at Tyco, where they oversaw legal services for IoT product businesses worldwide. Marc also took on the role of VP of Strategy and M&A at Tyco's fire industry division, leading a multi-billion dollar global division.

In 2017, Marc became the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at AccuWeather, a global B2C digital media leader. During their tenure, they managed legal and regulatory compliance, as well as patent and trademark portfolios.

Currently, Marc holds the position of General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Strategic Financial Solutions NY. In this role, they built the legal and regulatory compliance function, focusing on public policy and government affairs in the emerging industry of consumer debt relief and financial services.

Marc Lemberg holds an A.B. degree in Politics from Princeton University. Marc then pursued a JD degree in Law at New York University School of Law.
