Asmaa Khan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Asmaa started their career as a Trainee at SABB in 2010. Asmaa then worked as a Social Media Officer at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in 2011 and as a Social Media Analyst at the Ministry of Labor, Minister's Office in 2012. In 2012, they also worked as a Project Manager at Tam Development LLC.

From 2014 to 2018, Asmaa served as a Projects Director at Ritix Group. In 2018, they joined Arabic Computer Systems as a Business Development Manager and led various projects related to Training & Innovation, as well as business development activities.

In 2018, they also started working at Strategic Gears as a Consultant, delivering exceptional results for governmental entities and managing stakeholders for multiple projects. Asmaa continued to progress within Strategic Gears and took on the role of Shared Services Manager from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they implemented and developed a robust people operations infrastructure and designed and supervised multiple workflows.

Currently, Asmaa serves as the Director of Operations at Strategic Gears, where they lead various corporate departments and spearheads transformational projects and initiatives. Asmaa is responsible for growing the team size and ensuring operational resilience by maintaining standardized processes and records.

Asmaa Khan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Plymouth, graduating in 2017. Asmaa also has additional certifications in Leading People in Organizations from The Wharton School, The Art of Negotiation from the Institute of Leadership & Management - UK, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and Communicating Internally during Times of Uncertainty from LinkedIn.
