Ted Studdard

SVP, Leadership Development Facilitator at Strategic Government Resources

Ted Studdard began his service as a Marine Corps Private and retired as a Colonel. Throughout his career, he led large, dispersed organizations around the world with missions ranging from humanitarian relief to diplomacy to combat. His service included working with partners from the U.S., the UN, and the African Union. At the strategic level in both the Pentagon and in Afghanistan, he worked closely with multiple US Government Departments and Agencies along with NATO and non-NATO allies.

Ted’s second career was in Corporate America with The Home Depot. His work in business-to-business operations, field operations, staffing, and leadership training has given him valuable insight into corporate leadership. He also served on the Board of Directors for The Home Depot Military Appreciation Group.

Currently, Ted is the CEO of The Studdard Company and Senior Vice President of Leadership Development at SGR, where he employs his extensive experience with leadership development to lead workshops and speak to groups on Walking the Talk as Servant Leaders.
