Colleen K Henry, MBA, serves as the Human Resources Payroll Manager at Strategic Group since February 2019, overseeing employee benefit programs and ensuring HR compliance with government regulations. Prior to this role, Colleen was a Human Resources Coordinator at Lionbridge from September 2012 to January 2019, providing HR support across multiple offices and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes. Colleen's experience also includes serving as an Administration Assistant at Robert Half and as a Marketing & Administrative Assistant at First Global Leasing Ltd., where responsibilities included client portfolio management and market research coordination. Colleen holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
