Eric Tapper

Eric Tapper has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing roles. Eric currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Strategic Materials, a glass recycling company. Prior to this, they were the Director of Manufacturing/Operations at Beneficial Reuse Management and held various positions at Strategic Materials, including Director of Operations, Sr. Plant Manager, Plant Manager, Corporate Quality & Process Improvement Manager, and Plant Quality Manager. Eric has also worked as a Quality Systems Engineer at Destron Fearing and in business development at Materials Processing Corporation. Eric started their career in operations at Resource Environmental Services. In addition to their professional roles, Eric is a Board Member at Associated Recyclers of Wisconsin.

Eric Tapper completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2008. In 2009, they obtained the certification of ISO 9001:2008 Lead Certified Auditor from RABQSA. Additionally, Eric Tapper also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Sigma Pro, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
