Virginia Darter

Virginia Darter has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Network Design Department employee at Sprint Corp. in 2000. Virginia then moved on to MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2003, where they served as a Graduate Level Classroom Instructor, Research and Ethics, and as a Program Manager, Clinical Intake, and Intern Administrator in the Division of Behavioral Sciences. In 2010, they began working in Private Practice as a Licensed Mental Health Provider and Executive and Organizational Consultant/Coach. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at KidsTLC, where they served as Vice President of Healthcare Quality & Outcomes and Sr. EMR Administrator, as well as Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance, Clinical Transformation & Business Growth Strategy. In 2016, they joined DST Systems as a Senior Consultant & Change Strategist for Organizational Effectiveness and Digital Transformation. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Hallmark Cards as a Senior Consultant for Business Transformation and Consumer Experience Transformation. Currently, they are a Consulting Lead for Change Management and UX at Strategic Resolution Experts.

Virginia Darter holds an M.A. in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University, as well as a B.A. in Management & Human Relations from the same institution. Virginia is also a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2017, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in May 2021, a Licensed Mental Health Provider from the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board, obtained in August 2010, a Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Certified, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC).
