Lynn Gray

Lynn Gray has over 20 years of experience in human resources roles. Lynn is currently the Director of Human Resources at Strategic Risk Solutions since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at FM Global from February 2019 to February 2020. Lynn also served as an HR Director at Everbridge from January 2017 to February 2019. Lynn held the position of HR Director at Hachette Book Group from October 2000 to September 2016. Lynn started their career as a Senior HR Representative at Cambridge Health Alliance in 1999 and then moved on to become an HR Representative at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center from 1997 to 1999. Lynn began their professional journey at Coopers & Lybrand as an Assignments Coordinator from 1994 to 1997.

Lynn Gray has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Connecticut. Lynn has also obtained a certification called PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
