Kristina Calogero has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Kristina is currently the President and owner of Project Hospitality Co., where they provide a broad range of services and solutions to help hoteliers achieve their vision and optimize performance and productivity. Prior to that, they worked as a Director of Operations Consultant for Strategic Solution Partners, where they provided strategic services and operations management to hotel properties. Kristina has also served as an Operations Management Consultant for PHM Management, offering contract services and consulting on a task force basis for various hotels.

Before transitioning to consultancy roles, Calogero held several managerial positions at different hotels. Kristina was the General Manager of Homewood Suites by Hilton, where they successfully opened and operated the property for its first year. Kristina also served as the Assistant General Manager and Director of Front Office at DoubleTree by Hilton, overseeing operations in full-service hotels with extensive banquet spaces and restaurants. Kristina Calogero obtained a degree in Marketing / International Marketing from Rutgers University, where they studied Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Marketing with a focus on International Marketing from William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their academic education, Kristina Calogero also holds several certifications. Kristina obtained a Bed Bug Certification from Hilton in January 2015, a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from CPR FirstAid in January 2020, and an ADA Certification from Hilton.
