Lise S. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several years. Lise began their career as an Event Floor Manager in 1989, specializing in private event planning. In 2002, they transitioned to the role of Concierge/Spa Reservationist at Mayflower Inn & Spa. Lise then joined a Private Estate in 2012 as an Assistant Manager, responsible for overseeing various household operations. Lise returned to Mayflower Inn & Spa in 2014 as a Spa Manager/Guest Services Relations/Membership Sales Manager, where they contributed to the development of new treatments, created standard operating procedures, and generated additional business. Lise briefly served as an Interim Director at Mayflower Inn & Spa on two occasions in 2015 and 2017. In 2017, they moved to Auberge Resorts Collection as the Director of Spa and Wellness, where they focused on optimizing department efficiency and enhancing wellness services. Most recently, Lise joined Strategic Solution Partners in 2021 as an Operations Hospitality Leader, responsible for implementing new operational processes and improving guest experiences. Throughout their career, Lise has showcased their expertise in managing operations, enhancing customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Lise S. completed their Law School degree at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 1986 to 1989. In 2016, they enrolled at UC Irvine to pursue a degree in Spa operations - Spa Financial Analysis, and their education at this institution is ongoing.
